Terms of Service
Effective 27 October 2026. By using HIVOXTOK you agree to these terms.
1. The service
HIVOXTOK is a communication service operated by HiroArt (“we”). We provide it free of charge and without ads, as apps for Android and Windows and as the HIVOXTOK Web client.
2. Who may use HIVOXTOK
You must be 18 or older to use HIVOXTOK. Provide a valid email when you sign up. You are responsible for the security of your devices, your recovery code and access to your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use HIVOXTOK to:
- break the law, or share illegal content or content that exploits children,
- harass, threaten, defraud or spam others,
- spread malware, disrupt or overload the service, or circumvent its security,
- impersonate anyone.
Zero tolerance. HIVOXTOK has zero tolerance for objectionable content (hate, harassment, violence, non-consensual nudity or sexual content, fraud, spam) and for abusive users. You can report inappropriate content and users (on a message, in a user's profile or in group info) or block them right in the app. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, a report sends moderators only the text of the messages you choose.
4. Your content
The content you send belongs to you. Because it is end-to-end encrypted, we can't read it. You grant us only the permission needed to transmit and deliver it.
5. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time right in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). We review every report within 24 hours: we remove objectionable content for everyone and warn, block or close the account of the user who posted it, with or without prior notice. 6. Availability and liability
We work to keep HIVOXTOK reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. HIVOXTOK is not a replacement for emergency services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for content users send each other.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes in advance in the app or by email.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
